When you use DoqFix, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and the PDF documents you upload for editing. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
How We Use Your Information
Your documents are processed solely to perform the edits you request. We do not use the content of your PDFs to train AI models, sell to third parties, or for any purpose beyond delivering the service. Account information is used to manage your subscription and communicate service updates.
Data Retention
Uploaded documents and generated revisions are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual files or your entire account at any time from the settings page. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, payments) to operate DoqFix. These providers have access only to the data necessary to perform their specific function and are bound by their own privacy policies.
