By accessing or using DoqFix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the Service
DoqFix is a PDF editing tool intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use DoqFix to edit, produce, or distribute documents that are fraudulent, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise unlawful. You are solely responsible for the content of documents you upload and edit.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@doqfix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the documents you upload. DoqFix retains ownership of the platform, software, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.
Limitation of Liability
DoqFix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoqFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from the settings page.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of DoqFix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
